Jobmiko

Job applications tailored to every role, drafted with AI.

Paste a job link and the AI reads the posting, then drafts a tailored cover letter and follow-up email.

Jobmiko homepage showing the AI-assisted drafting interface

Applying takes time, and every role asks for a different letter. Jobmiko starts from one gesture: paste a job link and get an application that fits the role.

The product brings AI-assisted drafting, application tracking and preparation tools into one workspace, in French and English.

  • The flow had to stay legible for a candidate in a hurry: each role produces one draft and one record.
  • CVs stay private and the user keeps control of every text sent.
  • AI costs had to stay predictable, with a daily allowance and the option to use a personal key.

The job link as the starting point

The AI reads the posting from its URL, then proposes a cover letter and a follow-up email. The user can edit before sending or exporting.

Trade-offThe flow depends on reachable job pages. The output stays editable and is never sent automatically.

A clear allowance, an optional personal key

The plan includes 100 AI credits per day. BYOK lets users connect their own provider without changing the rest of the product.

Trade-offTwo usage models coexist, which adds a little explanation at first launch.

A managed platform end to end

Supabase for auth and data, Cloudflare for distribution. Infrastructure time stays limited.

Trade-offOperational simplicity comes with a deliberate dependence on managed services.

  1. Specify

Flow, credit allowance, BYOK and fallback cases written down before splitting the work between agents.

  2. Orchestrate

Agents on disjoint scopes (drafting, tracking, export), with shared contracts for the Supabase data.

  3. Verify

Every batch reviewed, flows tested end to end, then released through Cloudflare.

One flow, from the job posting to application tracking.

  • The cover-letter and follow-up generator based on a job link.
  • Application tracking, the CV library and PDF export.
  • The ATS check, a 100-credit daily allowance and BYOK.
  • The bilingual French/English interface, live.

I would document earlier the cases where a posting cannot be read automatically, so the manual fallback is part of the flow rather than an exception.
